My Home Connexion exclusively offers this charming villa just 3 minutes by car from the center of the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence! The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double and 1 with two single beds. The large living room features a lounge, dining room and open kitchen. The 1800 m² garden is unoverlooked and above all quiet.
To make the most of family vacations, the 9 x 4m swimming pool is secured by a roller shutter, and is heated from April to June and from September to October. Ideally located in a peaceful setting, yet close to the village center, this house is sure to meet all your expectations for a successful family holiday!
Sheets included, cleaning 200€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included in the price (5.76€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights) Deposit: 2,000€ to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
