Welcome to the heart of the island of Oleron ! Located on the northern coast of the Island of Oleron, St-Georges d'Oleron is the most important and oldest village of the Island. Located on the coast, the Residence Les Sables Vigniers ** gives a direct access to the beach by a path crossing the dune, in the middle of the pine forest.
The residence is composed of 50 semi-detached houses scattered in a closed park. An ideal site to discover the charms of the Ile d'Oléron and to enjoy outdoor activities. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool for the pleasure of holidaymakers in search of serenity.
Numerous sports and cultural activities are available in the region. Everyone will find something to do, whether it be visiting museums, hiking or water sports!

the doormat at the front door was just a piece of carpet that was useless. the hotplate was short-circuited, making it impossible to cook or heat a dish. a dishwasher was useless. Bedding mattress to change fortunately there were 2 boards on the box spring. A hole in the wall in the main room. The shower tiles move and the sewage backs up. I was given a professional air freshener to try to mask the odors.

The only drawback is a sewage odor in the habitat noted also from other residents. But the residence is being renovated because it has recently been taken over by Odeya, so there are extenuating circumstances... Heated indoor swimming pool open in winter, it's rare and very pleasant.
