Design villa for 8 people in front of the sea.
This luxury villa has an elegant interior design, rustic and at the same time very modern. Its large rooms with high ceilings will make you feel free and comfortable at any time of the day. The house is designed for a maximum of eight people and has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed over two floors.
From the living room you can enjoy a breathtaking view through the huge windows. On the terrace there is a lounge and a dining room from where you can watch the romantic sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. On warmer days you can cool off in the large private pool. From the pool area you also have a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea, just a few meters away. You can also relax by the pool with stunning views of the sea and the harbor.
The villa is located in a very quiet residential area on the seafront. The fantastic location of the house allows you to reach Palma, the capital of the island in 20 minutes. Palma is ideal to visit it with tranquility. Visit the historic center, its museums and cafes, and above all do not miss the beautiful Gothic cathedral by the sea, one of the most beautiful in Spain.
In Son Veri Nou you will find various shops for the necessities of everyday life within walking distance. The Maioris golf course and the El Arenal marina are a short drive away and are definitely worth a visit.
As a courtesy, six hours of cleaning and domestic service per day are included (Monday to Saturday).
