New apartment in the quiet Rochebrune district, close to Megeve village center, 15-20 minutes' walk from Megeve village center and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Rochebrune ski lifts. Its 83m² surface area can comfortably accommodate 6 adults in a double bedroom and 2 children in a bunk bed. The bright living room opens onto a large balcony with views over the Praz-sur-Arly valley. This balcony is ideal for enjoying the sunshine at the end of the day. The dining area invites conviviality and sharing with its beautiful long wooden table. Finally, its large sofa will offer a moment of softness and serenity to its occupants.
You can also relax in the residence's relaxation area (Building D). The swimming pool and gym are open daily all year round, from 8am to 11pm. Sauna and hammam open from mid-December (start of school vacations) to April 30, July and August, and every weekend. The apartment has a ski locker.
