In the middle of the countryside, small typically Provencal house on 2.5 hectares of enclosed grounds with pleasant views of the Massif des Maures and attractive flat landscaped grounds. Quiet, private terrace with garden furniture, garage, barbecue, bowling green. Swimming pool shared with owner (11x4.70x1.80m, solar shutter, heat pump) from May to September. Charming, discreet owner. Bicycle path nearby, 2 bikes available in garden shed. Easy access for motorcycles. Visit the Domaine Sainte Roseline via the cycle path and its chapel. Enjoy the M?di?vales in Les Arcs in July, hikes in the Massif des Maures and the Abbey of Le Thoronet. Saint Aygulf beach and Fr?jus only 25 km away. Ground floor: living room with well-equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa, shower room with toilet. Second floor: bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and single sofa-bed. Close to the military railway line (exceptional traffic) and the owner's house, 100 m to the south, unoverlooked as it has a well-landscaped hedge. Reversible air-conditioning on ground floor and upstairs. Possibility of an extra person in low season on request. Bathroom linen included.
