Set amidst pine woods, in a quiet, wooded 10,000 m? sloping plot with large terraces, bordered by the Bresque river (fishing category 1), this house is semi-detached with the owner's home and is not overlooked. Enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature in this cottage with private covered terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers. At your disposal: a well-appointed communal swimming pool on a bank above the terrace (9mx4mx1.40m, secured by roller shutter), accessed by a few steps and a small, pleasantly landscaped path, a playground, a shelter serving as summer kitchen with plancha, washing machine. The gite is located on a hillside, in a natural environment accessed via a mostly tarmac track, then a sloping path and a flat parking area on arrival.
