Independant apartment on 1st floor of a 1970 family home. 100 m from the beach and 5 min. walk from the port of Le Brusc, which has retained all its authenticity, on enclosed grounds accessible via the kitchen door and the rear staircase of the house. Balcony with sea view, large wooden terrace, garden with trees, pine umbrellas, deckchairs, wooden shed at the rear of the house with garden and tent furniture, electric griddle. Two parking spaces on the property or 2 steps outside. Triple-glazed windows, modern bedding. Shops within 5 minutes' walk, provencal market on Thursday mornings. Magnificent walks along the coast (Gaou peninsula) and in the Cap Sici? massif (Notre Dame du Mai). Sailing and diving schools in the harbor, embarkation for ?l?le des Embiez, accrobranche (Coudouli?re, Janas forest). The ground floor of the house can be used occasionally by the owners.
