In the countryside, in a quiet setting, on a 2,500 m² enclosed plot planted with olive trees, single-storey Provencal villa (3 outside steps) with lovely unobstructed view of the countryside. Private pool available from April! (9x4x1.7m, safety fence), sun loungers, garden furniture, ping-pong table. Parking for several vehicles on the property. Enjoy the large terrace with a covered area for lunch in the shade in summer. Only 1 pet allowed. Numerous walks and natural sites to see: the cave park at Villecroze, swimming in the river at Salernes, the famous tile-making town where you can visit the museum. Day trip to Lac de Sainte Croix and visits to Moustiers Sainte Marie. Day trips to the seaside are also possible, with Fréjus beaches 40 km away. Only 2 km from the village and its shops. First floor: living/dining room (TV, DVD, Canal sat., Wifi) fireplace (wood supplied free of charge), open-plan kitchen (modernized in 2024) storeroom. One double bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm double bed, one double bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm double bed and 2 x 90cm x 190 cm single bunk beds. Large bathroom, separate WC. Possibility of 2 additional children on request.
