In Berry and near Creuse, old farmhouse for lovers of the countryside, calm and wide open spaces in the middle of fields.
You can fish in our private pond 100 meters from the house, swim in the private unheated 8 x 4 meter pool (fenced and alarmed) and children will love the farmyard. Adjoining the owners' house, first floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room, dining room, entrance hall and WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room/wc: Chambre "Lilas" (1 bed 180 cm or 2 beds 1 person + 2 beds 1 person), Chambre "Coquelicot" (1 bed 180 cm or 2 beds 1 person), Chambre "Capucine" (1 bed 180 cm or 2 beds 1 person) and Chambre "Lavande" ( 1 bed 180 cm or 2 beds 1 person + 1 bed 1 person).
Large garden with garden furniture, sandbox, slide, swing, table tennis, pétanque court and private 8 x 4-meter unheated swimming pool (fenced and alarmed).
Private parking and separate entrance.
Meals can be booked with the owners (starter / meat with vegetables / dessert) at €15 per person.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the owners).
