Beautiful villa with pool in Santa Margalida.
This cozy rustic house is located in the outskirts of Santa Margalida, in a very quiet rural area. The property, very spacious and overlooking the countryside, has everything you need to spend a quiet and family holiday on the island.
Santa Margalida, the nearest town, is only 1 kilometer away from the house. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, the excellent location of the villa allows you to explore the east coast of the island easily. It is also less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its kilometric sandy beaches or its coves of crystal clear water.
Air conditioning:
As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central heating with a radiator system throughout the accommodation. You will also find fans at your disposal.
