This beautiful newly built villa is located in a very quiet rural area on the outskirts of Inca. The house, fully equipped and very bright, has everything you need to spend a quiet vacation away from tourist crowds. In addition, it has a swimming pool, garden and a large terrace perfectly furnished for you to enjoy the magnificent climate that the island offers.
The closest city is Inca, a town in the centre of Mallorca where you will find countless services, supermarkets and restaurants where you can taste typical Mallorcan cuisine, international dishes or avant-garde cuisine. It is also interesting to consult the offer of activities to enjoy as a family. It is worth visiting the weekly market every Thursday, where you will find fresh fruit and vegetables or products and handcrafted products. On the other hand, it is less than half an hour by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach, from Palma, the capital of the island, or from the routes that make up the Serra de Tramuntana, a world heritage site.
