The non-smoking vacation apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Branne, sunny and with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the vineyards and as well as separate access. All relevant rooms of the apartment have a smoke detector for your safety.
In about 8 minutes walk you can reach the village center of Branne with the various shopping and supply options such as: Boulangerie, Boucherie, supermarket Carrefour, two restaurants, pharmacy, gas station, hairdresser, optician, post office etc.
Not much further away are the first wineries. We are happy to recommend some of them to you. A well chilled bottle of Entre-Deux-Mers awaits you upon arrival.

In twenty minutes you are in Saint-Emilion. In 1999, not only Saint-Emilion itself, but the entire wine-growing region was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In a good half hour you are in Bordeaux and another 30 minutes later at the oyster farmers in the Arcachon basin and on the Atlantic coast.
The apartment is about 60 m² and has two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds (one of which is a crib).
The apartment is thus suitable for a maximum of 4 people, individually furnished. Enjoy breakfast outside in the summer and the evening at the barbecue.
Cooling down and relaxing after an eventful day you will find at the salt water pool.
The apartment also has heating for the times outside the high season.
The fireplace room offers enough space for relaxation and is equipped with a kitchenette. A flat screen TV with satellite connection (Astra) is available.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer are of course also part of the vacation apartment.
Your vehicle is parked at the house on the locked property. A high hedge ensures privacy.
Of course, you have free access to the Internet (WLAN or LAN), so you can, if you want to work like in a home office. You will want for nothing.
