A real pleasure this week in this apartment at the foot of the slopes. The children and myself enjoyed it. Very warm welcome too. Small reproach, the apartment is not as clean as required by the specifications. For example, I had to empty the vacuum cleaner with the impression that it had not been done for months! Also, there were 4 of us in the apartment, which was perfect for us. With 6 people I would suggest putting more hooks for coats and other storage tips during ski season!

Residence well located geographically. Too bad the residence is made too noisy by some (early in the morning before 8am and late in the evening after midnight). Just as the arrival potluck is posted on each floor, it would be wise to also post the fact that a simple rule of good manners should be respected.

We have been going to the residence des valmonts for almost 10 years. We are happy with it, except this year when we had the E07 housing, badly located, defective equipment (fridge door hs, torn curtains, lack of cutlery, lack of blankets ...). Despite the understanding and friendliness of the agency that takes care of the maintenance, the feeling is not up to the investment. Go to this resort with your eyes closed but not to the E07 Valmonts accommodation.

why the swimming pool closes from 12pm to 4pm and closes on Saturdays, so when we rent from Sunday to Sunday we don't take advantage of it. Total disorganization of the team members during the arrivals. Cleaning not done when we arrived. Lack of a secure access to go back up from the lower parking lot to the apartments, obliged to make a long detour.
