Time loses its influence and everything flows in the heart of Aurunci Mountains, between gentle hills and the greenery that embraces all around this villa that overlooks Intignano valley and the sea. The wide open spaces are equipped for a sweet relax to enjoy in peace the landscape and the cool of the hill. ideal place for those who want to relax away from the chaos of the city without giving up the proximity of the neighboring tourist centers: the historical center of Itri, only 7 km with its Norman castle; the center of Sperlonga 8 km with its quaint village, the shops and the wide sandy beaches equipped for bathing. Possibility of hiking and mountain biking, horseback riding the trails and beach.
The villa is on two levels, cured furnishing with original pieces chosen with taste by the owner.
On the ground floor there is access to a large and bright open space with open kitchen on the living; a master bedroom overlooking the garden and a large bathroom with bath complete the floor.
Upstairs is another living room features sofas, a dining table and a piano to spend pleasant evenings; double bedroom and bathroom with all amenities. Large terrace to enjoy the picturesque view equipped with table and chairs.
The atmosphere is intimate and friendly atmosphere for a pleasant holiday.
