Gite in the countryside located at the southern end of the owner's house which is an old mansion from the XVIIIth century surrounded by a park of 1 ha with a fenced pond at 30 m from the gite. This lodging is distant from the road of a hundred meters and accessible by an alley of oaks. A grassy valley on the east side separates it from the nearby woods. 5 km from Sourzac and its church, which can be seen from the Eiffel bridge over the Isle, and 25 km from Bergerac and its famous vineyards (Bergerac, Pécharmant, Monbazillac...).
