Comfortable house, adjoining the owner's, not overlooked, ideal for 2 people. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with 3 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker (no microwave) and a central island, as well as a lounge area with 2 armchairs, TV and internet access. You'll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC. On the 13m2 mezzanine, you'll enjoy a 160x200 bed. In front of the gîte, you'll appreciate the terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, in a garden planted with trees. Gîte open only in fine weather, as there is no heating system. Rental from Sunday to Sunday only. No washing machine. In the Dordogne Valley, this gîte is close to all the world-famous sites of the Périgord Noir, such as the village of La Roque-Gageac, classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", the Bastide of Domme and the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes... Many other activities are on offer: visit Sarlat (a medieval city with an exceptional heritage), gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne, visits to remarkable gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... North of Sarlat, you can visit the Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art in Montignac, in the Vézère Valley.
