In a preserved environment, rich in historical heritage, come and discover this 120m2 house, adjoining the owners' house and not overlooked. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sofa, two armchairs, TV, internet access and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), a bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs, you'll have access to the 2nd attic bedroom, ideal for children, with 1 bed 140x190, and a shower room with bath and WC. A mezzanine with 1 extra 90x190 bed. A terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture and barbecue. Baby equipment: cot, mattress and high chair. The house is close to the Double forest, ideal for hiking and fishing. Close to Brantôme, Périgord's "Venise Verte", as well as Périgueux and its monuments. Close to the Charente river with its many castles (Montmoreau, Magnac la Valette with the Château de la Mercerie called "Le Petit Versailles"°.
Massimo has a passion for vintage cars and will be happy to take you for a drive to discover the surrounding countryside. There are 4 bicycles available on site, as well as the possibility of storing bikes or motorcycles. Refresh yourself after your visits in the heated swimming pool (max. 23° or a little more depending on the outside temperature), to be shared with the owners, chlorinated, size 5mx10m, depth 1.50m to 1.80m, secured by a fence, open from early May to late September.
