We arrived late and the keys were waiting for us in a safe. The next day no welcome. No welcome kit. No spa due to water restrictions (supposedly). And the fitness room closed three days later. Very disappointed !!!!

A very warm welcome. The real concern is the kitchen area, which is far too cramped (not enough space to do the dishes). In this case, a washing machine would have made up for it. It's a minimum requirement. Pool a bit small. In conclusion, a residence with great potential but which seems to be in a state of disrepair, with a few shutters missing (but this last aspect has already been brought to attention in another email).

Lack of maintenance, average welcome, no maintenance kit as noted in the reservation, old-fashioned, damaged accommodation and average housekeeping. Scandalous customers at the pool, even with the security guard (we didn't dare go there, as there were always arguments between customers).

Total disappointment! Reception closed at the arrival on a SATURDAY! reserved options not taken into account, cleanliness of the accommodation limited, furniture in bad condition, we are still waiting for the technician for repairs, zero atmosphere, basic sports equipment, swimming pool much smaller than on the photos. Some lodgings have sight on the dustbins, problems of access gates and not respect of the parking spaces by the customers and no action of the personnel.

Very dirty accommodation. Little equipment 2 cups 3bols.. Dirty fridge broken door freezer. No hot water from Saturday to Tuesday evening. Following my complaint, the person at reception told me that if the accommodation was in this state, the holidaymakers were responsible.
