We await you in the heart of the Landes countryside, just 17km from the beaches and lake of Hossegor, and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain, for a comfortable stay. From here you can explore the ocean, the forest and the inland Landes. Relaxation, farniente, sports, heritage, gastronomy... a wide range of possibilities are open to you. What's more, you'll enjoy a comfortable gîte with a direct view over the cornfields, a covered terrace, peace and quiet and the possibility of walking or cycling to the village and the owners' small lake (non-bathable) 400m away. A relaxing and pleasant place to discover all year round! This pretty, detached country house has a large outdoor area planted with trees and flowers, and a children's swing. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. The interior comprises a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI, fireplace with insert), dining room, fitted kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, second TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm) and 3 single beds (90cm), 2 of which can be made into a double bed), bathroom (bath and shower), wc. In the basement, a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer are at your disposal. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen, as well as wood for the fireplace, are provided.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair and changing mat) can be supplied on request.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
