Between ocean and forest, the coastal village of Saint Julien en Born enjoys a privileged location. Here you're close to beaches and water sports, as well as to all the shops and services you need for your stay, while enjoying an ideal natural setting offering calm and serenity. You'll also appreciate the warm, cosy atmosphere of this gîte, housed in an old traditional barn, and its private covered terrace, a real additional living space for your moments of outdoor relaxation. A lovely gîte to discover for a year-round getaway for two. This gîte, adjoining another, benefits from a private entrance and access, with no facing building. It comprises
first floor: living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI, and 2-seater sofa bed - supplement €50/person/week), fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet, storeroom (washing machine). Access to the first floor is via a meunier staircase leading to :
an attic bedroom (1 bed 140). A covered terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue and chiliennes extends the interior living space. An outdoor storage area for bikes or surfboards is also available. Possibility of recharging a hybrid vehicle: fixed charge of 15 euros / week / vehicle.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
