Maison Péchicou is ideally located for discovering the natural, wild, oceanic and dynamic Landes region. At the gateway to the Marais d'Orx reserve, rich in exceptional flora and fauna, just 8km from the beaches and port of Capbreton, and close to the Basque Country and Spain, the possibilities are numerous and the activities varied. What's more, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. This fully renovated 19th century farmhouse has retained its historic character while offering all the modern comforts you need for your stay. We'll be delighted to welcome you as a family, with friends, or on business trips, and to help people with disabilities find a suitable place for their vacations. This gîte is adjoining the owners' house. It has its own private entrance and exterior with terrace, garden furniture, plancha and sun loungers. The first floor is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
It comprises a large living room with dining area, lounge (TV, WIFI, wood-burning stove), and fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood, microwave), bedroom (with 2 electric 80x200 beds that can be presented as 2 single beds or one double bed), shower room (Italian shower) with toilet, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). The first floor comprises 2 attic bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200), a bathroom (bath) with toilet. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, electricity, water, heating and wood are included in the price. Pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs for the disabled. The gîte is located 1km from the village center, which has a restaurant.
