If you're looking for peace and quiet for your vacation, rest and relaxation, stop off here in Fargues, a small Chalosse-Tursan village between St Sever and Grenade sur Adour. The Juine gîte, surrounded by cornfields, is adjoining the owner's house and is not overlooked. It offers: - a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 3 induction hobs, electric oven), sitting room with TV area and 3 sofas, living room with dining table.
- The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed and 1 160cm bed), - a shower room with Italian shower, - separate wc. Garage for washing machine, with space for one car. Pebbled courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Corn cultivation around the gite, with possible passage of the owner at the bottom of the plot. Oak tree in the grounds, access to the gîte via stony path. One child or teenager on convertible accepted.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the gite is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: beyond 8 KWh, invoicing on a real basis.
