Looking for peace and quiet, gastronomy, culture, relaxation and well-being? We welcome you to Hinx, a small village 12km from Dax and 9km from Préchacq, in a rural setting for a peaceful stay in all seasons. The Gîte Bertrine is ideally located for discovering the Chalosse region and its Landes lifestyle during your vacation for two or your spa treatment. You can also walk to the center of the village, where you'll find all the shops and services you need, and take a stroll along the nearby "voie verte". On site, the swimming pool (10mx5m, maximum depth 1.80m) is heated from May to September, and can be shared with the owners for moments of idleness and relaxation. The owner will also introduce you to duck products from his farm 300m away: foie gras, preserves, pâtés... a whole range of flavors for quality local products in a short circuit! A must-see! This independent rental is all on one level. Bright, functional and modern, it comprises a living room (TV, WIFI), dining area, fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, mini-microwave combi grill, top fridge), bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet. A private 13m² covered terrace extends the interior living space, with its garden furniture, electric plancha and sun loungers, and gives direct access to the swimming pool. The private washing machine is located in the cellar (access via the terrace). For your comfort, heating, electricity and water are included in the price. An umbrella bed can be provided on request.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
