In Berry, on the Foulquetière leisure park, 20 minutes from the Beauval ZooPark and close to all amenities, this large house with its view over the lake, its private, enclosed garden, its optional 6-person spa and its very spacious living room is the ideal place for a stay in Indre or for a get-together with friends or family.
Plus: heating included in the price. Fully equipped gîte. Playground and swimming area 25 m away, and daily fishing (€5) available on site. Passage of the Bas-Berry train nearby. First floor: beautiful entrance hall, large living room with dining area, lounge and fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen, separate toilet, shower room with Italian shower, one bedroom (3 x 90cm beds or 1 x 180cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), one bedroom with a bunk bed and one bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), laundry room, veranda with spa overlooking the lake.
1st floor: large landing room (1 x 90cm bed and a convertible sofa), 2 bedrooms (3 x 90cm beds or 1 x 180cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), and a bathroom with toilet.
Private enclosed grounds of 4,000m² with barbecue, plancha and swing.
Wood for the fireplace is provided and heating is included in the price.
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage) (not compulsory) €150.00.

The house is very pleasant and well arranged. The decoration is neat and of quality. The owner is very helpful. The setting is calm, the enclosed and secure grounds for the children are perfect for everyone to enjoy. The equipment is perfect, very complete (even the toys). Everything is perfect for a great stay. We all highly recommend this rental.
