In Biscarrosse plage, we offer this charming 55m² T2 apartment located in a lively neighborhood just a stone's throw from the beach. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for a weekend or more with family and friends. The apartment features an entrance hall with storage cupboard and a 90cm-wide sleeping area. A separate bedroom with storage space and a 160cm bed with TV. The living room has a furnished sitting area with WIFI, a convertible sofa with a real 140cm mattress and a TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fitted and equipped with oven, hood, fridge and dishwasher. The living room leads onto a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your cocktails. Sanitary facilities include a spacious bathroom and separate toilet for added comfort. The residence also offers access to the communal swimming pool during the summer months (open from mid-May to the end of September, weather permitting), laundry facilities and a secure parking area. Park your car and you can walk or bike to surf lessons, restaurants with your feet in the sand, the beach during sunset or any of the other magical moments the region has to offer.
