Modern 3 bedroom townhouse.
The house is built to a modern design, with terraces on the ground floor front and at the back and a large private roof terrace with sun all day long. Very bright and with a Nordic style.Entering the house we have a bedroom with work area, guest toilet and a bright living-dining room with a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen and two large windows with access to a terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
On the first floor you find two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an on suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with built-in wardrobe. Also on this floor we have a bathroom with shower and the laundry cupboard equipped with a combined washer/dryer machine. From this floor there is access to the roof terrace.
The front and back gardens are enclosed, and from the back garden there is access to the communal swimming pool, without leaving the complex.The ground floor and roof terraces are fully furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols, and there is a gas barbecue at your disposal.The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, TV 50 inche, Chromecast TV-adapter, and all rooms have air-conditioning.
For families with small children there is a safety gate installed on the stairs to the first floor.The parking on the street and practically in front of the house is sufficient. It is a quiet residential area and there is a bread bakery about 200 metres away. The nearest supermarket is 1 Km away (Lidl), the centre of Nerja is 2 Km by car, the beach El Playazo is 2.3 Km by car.
