Located in a quiet area of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this pleasant family flat of 30 m² is only 30 m from the beach. It is above all convivial and has been renovated little by little by the owners.
You will have all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: living room and pleasant loggia, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a travel cot, a bathroom with shower and a loggia. Bicycle room.
