VILLA WITH MAGNIFICENT WOODED GARDEN NEAR BEACH AND TOWN CENTER
We offer this 70m² house set in a large wooded garden (with swing and ping-pong table) 500m from the beach and Cabourg town center.
On the first floor, the villa features a large 26m² living/dining room (with flat-screen TV, DVD player, I-Phone speaker) and a fully-equipped independent kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, microwave oven and washing machine in the utility room, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso).
On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms (a 160x200 bed in the 1st and 2 90x190 trundle beds in the 2nd) and a bathroom (with bath and tumble dryer).
Separate WCs on ground and 1st floors.
Baby equipment available (cot and changing mat).
Free Internet access throughout the house.
Parking for 2 cars in the garden.
Pets are welcome.
