DIVES SUR MER / PORT GUILLAUME. 3-room cottage, sleeps 6, approx. 44m², with private west-facing garden.
The cottage comprises: a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV and internet access via freebox) opening onto a terrace and private garden, a kitchen and dining area (fridge, microwave, grill, 4 ceramic hobs and washing machine), a hallway with toilet; upstairs: a landing room leading to a first bedroom (with a 140x190 bed and cupboards/closet), the second bedroom (with 2 twin 90x190 beds and cupboards/closet) and a shower room.
Pets are welcome in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school vacation periods).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on arrival: cleaning 60E, bed linen (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (please let us know a few days before arrival), cot (25E/week).
Tourist tax payable on arrival.
THE RESIDENCE: Complex of small, colorful cottages in a very quiet area next to the Port Guillaume marina, with pool access (open from June 15 to September 15).
