DIVES SUR MER / PORT GUILLAUME. 3-room cottage, sleeps 4, approx. 46m², with private south-facing garden.
The cottage comprises: a living room (large flat-screen TV) opening onto a terrace and private garden, an open-plan kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, 3 hotplates and dishwasher), separate toilet; upstairs: a landing room leading to a first bedroom with balcony (with a 140x190 bed and wardrobes/closet), the second bedroom (with 2 90x190 trundle beds) and a shower room.
One outside parking space.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (except during school vacations).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on arrival: cleaning 60E, bed linen kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (please let us know a few days before arrival), cot (25E/week), mini wi-fi box (7E/day).
Sheet hire: 20 to 25E per set.

THE RESIDENCE: Small, colorful cottages in a quiet neighborhood near the Port Guillaume marina, with access to the swimming pool (open and heated from June 15 to September 15).

Nice apartment, very well decorated. Small terrace. But what a pity that the glass bottle containers are just next door! We hear all day long people come to throw their glass bottles, and the noise when this one is emptied. And the view on the parking of the camping car, not terrible, it is really a pity because the apartment is very good.
