In a quiet cul-de-sac with beach access, pleasant traditional house set in 600 m² of enclosed grounds. First floor: entrance with cupboard, separate kitchen, bright living room, two bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 double bed 140), shower room and WC. Upstairs, you'll find four further bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 2 with 160cm double beds, 1 with 140cm double bed), a second shower room, a second toilet and a living room with kitchenette.
Outside, south-west-facing terrace. Heated outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the beach.
