In Berry, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional de la Brenne, La Lézarderie, a 19th-century, eco-restored farmhouse and one of the park's most popular gîtes ("valeurs du Parc" label), welcomes you to the land of 1,000 ponds, for a nature break with its many observatories, outings, Maison de la Nature, hiking trails, or simply... to relax.
At the start of a hiking trail, at the end of a quiet hamlet of 5 houses, the house is close to the village of Rosnay (1.5 km, bakery-grocery, café-restaurant...) and the Maison du Parc. There's always something going on in the Brenne... you can explore it on foot, on horseback or by bike, with family or friends.
In June-July, the Brenne is ideal for birdwatching on the ponds. In August, nature is calmer, and it's time to discover our other treasures. In September-October, it's the bellowing of the stag... and in autumn-winter, flights of cranes and pond fishing.
Discover our detached house with 2,900 m² rear garden and 25 m² terrace.
First floor: fitted kitchen - living room with wood-burning stove (WIFI internet access) opening onto garden - shower room/wc - bathroom - wc - 3 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed, 2 x 80 cm beds and 1 crib) - children's corner (games and books).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed or 2 x 80 cm beds).
Gas and wood central heating, bed and bathroom linen and cleaning included in the price. Maximum of 1 pet per stay.
