La Tranche sur Mer, La Grière, detached house with enclosed garden, located 50m from the beach, 2km from La Grière shops and 5km from La Tranche town center. The 7-person house comprises, on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen - living room opening onto the terrace with its garden furniture, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and the second with a 160cm bed, 1 shower room with shower and basin, 1 separate toilet. A second shower room with 1 shower, washbasin and 1 toilet. ON THE FIRST FLOOR: a bedroom with 2 90cm beds (access with a few steps, velux), and a sitting area opening onto a terrace with a sea view, 1 0.90cm bed. Garage for bikes.
EQUIPMENT: WIFI, American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 gas and 2 electric hotplates, television. barbecue, garden furniture. parking space for cars. Additional cleaning upon reservation: 130€, linen not provided. End-of-stay cleaning must be done by tenant.
