Home Select International offers you this beautiful house for rent and is located on the Flamicell canal of Empuriabrava.
Upon entering the plot of this beautiful renovated house, we find a nice garden where there is a parking space for two cars.
When we enter the Villa, on the left side, there is a bathroom with a shower, wc and a sink. Next to this bathroom is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and air conditioning. To the right side of the entrance there are 2 bedrooms. One is a double bedroom, with a 140 x190 bed, air-conditioned and his own beautiful bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub. At the swimmingpool side is the other bedroom with 1 large bed 180x200, with television and also it´s own bathroom with shower. This spacious bedroom overlooks the canal and the swimmingpool.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen there is a room where there is a washing machine .
The living room is equipped with a large dining table, a coffee table, two sofas, a fireplace, a TV with international channels and air conditioning. To the left side of the living room, there is a bedroom with an 140x190 bed, airconditioning and a bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is also located on the waterfront. This bedroom is provided with air-conditioning, 1 large bed 180 x200 , television and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room you have acces to the large terrace where you will find a large table with chairs to be able to eat outside and a beautiful swimming pool (salt water) of 4x8m.
Further on, on the water side, there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your drinks with a fantastic view on the canal.
The mooring is 19 meters. There is a posibility to rent with this villa a really nice motorboot.
Youth groups are not accepted.Sheets and towels are not included in the price you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels) .
