Home Select International has this villa for rent which is located in the street Noguera in Empuriabrava.
When entering the property of this beautiful villa via a sliding portal, there is a parking space where two cars fit. The garage contains the washing machine, dryer and fridge.
On the terrace facing the street of this beautiful villa, there is a garden table with 6 chairs for the sun in the morning hours.
When we enter the Villa, there is a toilet on the left and then a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), two pillows, a bedside table, a lamp, a wardrobe and a sink.
To the right of the entrance is the open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and ceramic hobs. From the kitchen we enter the living- / dining room.
Between the kitchen and the living room there is a storage room with vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and cleaning products. To the right of the living / dining area is a table with 8 chairs. To the left is the living room with a sofa, two armchairs, an ottoman, a coffee table, wifi, a TV and large windows overlooking the waterfront terrace.
As we go up the stairs in the living room, there is an en-suite bedroom on the left, with a bed (180x190), with two bedside tables, two lamps, a TV, a wardrobe and a wardrobe. The associated bathroom consists of a bath / shower combination, sink, bidet and a toilet.
From this bedroom we enter the hall where on the right is a second bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and sink. There are 2 more bedrooms on the street side of the house. Both bedrooms have a large bed ( 180 x 190) , 2 bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes. One of the 2 bedrooms has a small balcony (1x2m).
From the living room you have access to the cozy spacious terrace. The outdoor furniture consists of 4 sun beds, two umbrellas, a table with 8 chairs and a large lounge set for a drink with family and friends. The slightly elevated pool is 8x4 and there is an outdoor shower.
The entire Villa has air conditioning and the mooring place that you can use is 12.5 meters and there is WIFI. Possibility of having the heated swimming pool with a supplement of €25/day + €50 for the 2 heating days preceding the arrival date.
The bed linen is included in the price and pets are NOT allowed.
Youth groups are not accepted.
