What's more, the house is just a 15-minute drive from the renowned spa town of La Roche-Posay, offering an unrivalled relaxing getaway. For family excursions, the famous Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo are just a 45-minute drive away, promising memorable days out for young and old alike. Entrance: You enter a simple, welcoming country house, where natural light floods the living space as soon as you step through the front door.
Living area: The living area is an open space, where a rustic kitchen opens onto a comfortable lounge. At the heart of the kitchen is a wood-burning stove, adding a warm touch to the atmosphere.
Dining room: Next to the living room, a large dining table invites you to share convivial meals in a relaxed, authentic atmosphere.
Sleeping area: Two simple but comfortable bedrooms await you, each equipped with a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
Bathroom and WC: A functional bathroom, with bath or shower as you prefer, and a separate WC, ensure your comfort.

Typical house, very nice in appearance, but we were very disappointed! The accommodation was not clean (cobwebs, dirty flies, dirty fridge and microwave, etc.), and the housework had not been done before our arrival. We had booked a cot in advance, which we didn't have when we arrived. Very uncomfortable bedding (broken bed base, mattress sinking into the middle of the bed). Very dangerous electrical connections, with an extension cord outside plugged into a multi-outlet inside (with other connections on it) for work in the neighboring house! During our stay, the owner asked us to move our car from the rental site, as a truck had to come and deliver their other rental house, which was undergoing work... On arrival and departure, we seemed to be in the way...
