Attractive, comfortable, single-storey house 500 meters from the village of Saint Martial de Nabirat in the Périgord Noir region. The kitchen is equipped with a combination freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and 3 ceramic hobs, and opens onto the living room (TV and wifi) and dining room. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. There's a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, a shower room and separate WC. There's also a bike shed with padlock. From the living room's large picture windows, you'll have access to the south-facing, unoverlooked wooden terrace, where you can relax after the day's sightseeing. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat. Electricity and heating included. Sheets 15 €/bed/change. Bathroom linen 8 €/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning 50 €. Let yourself be tempted by the gastronomic markets of Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Numerous hiking, mountain-biking and horse-riding trails pass through the village, including the stage circuit of the Tour du Périgord Sud Dordogne and, 6 km away, the 400 km Lot VTT circuit for mountain-biking enthusiasts. You can also enjoy the river, a 15-minute drive from the beaches, with gabarre, paddle and canoe rides... The house is at the gateway to Quercy, with 14 of France's most beautiful villages within a 10-minute to 1-hour drive: Domme, La Roque Gageac, Monpazier, Beynac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour...
