Welcome to our new studio!
I welcome you to my 24m² apartment with its 10m² terrace! It's located in the heart of a 16-hectare landscaped estate, entirely pedestrianized, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It's just 500 meters from the beach.

Accommodation
Located in Grimaud, in the heart of the Pierre et Vacances residence, this cosy accommodation comprises a cabin area with a single bed, ideal for your little ones, a bathroom and a lovely lounge area, with a sofa bed for 2 and a single bed, opening onto the terrace. The swimming pool is open from April 4 to October 11. April 4 to June 1, 9am to 7pm. June 2 to August 31, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. September 1 to October 11, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You'll love it in summer and winter alike, with its lovely sea views :)
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay (filter and Senseo coffee makers to suit your tastes, dishwasher, parking included).
You'll also have excellent public transport links for strolling around the city! The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
The Parcs de Grimaud pierre et vacances residence is entirely pedestrianized, to the delight of families.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
Location
Port Grimaud is a French commune in the Var department on the Côte d'Azur. Built right on the sea, the town's architecture is both traditional and original, with colorful columns, capitals and facades, and criss-crossing canals. It's a favorite with tourists, where you can enjoy the beach and its azure waters during the day, and stroll through the Provencal and Mediterranean decor in the evening. Port Grimaud is a picturesque place where life is good, a true heritage of French culture.
