Magnificent 22 square metre studio located in La Clusaz.
The studio, classified **, is located in the heart of the village, close to the shops and a 3 minute walk (500m) from the ski lifts (Champ Giguet and Crêt de Merle);
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost, in order to offer you the apartment at the most competitive price possible.

Accommodation
The ** studio is located on the top and 4th floor (elevator to 3rd floor) in a building in the heart of the village. It measures 23m² and comprises :
- A living room with 2 single beds (90cm) and a convertible sofa (140 cm) ;
- A kitchen area;
- A shower room with toilet and hairdryer;
It has a view of the slopes.
We recommend this accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
A ski locker is available in the basement of the building.
Facilities : Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven/grill, raclette machine, fondue machine, hair dryer.
Parking : Public pay parking at the foot of the building (blue disc). We recommend parking in the "Salon des Dames" parking lot, just a few minutes from the apartment. Paid in winter and free in summer/inter-season.

You'll be staying :
- In the village center, place de l'église;
- 300 meters from the ski-lift departures (Champ Giguet and Cret de Merle);
- 300 meters from the skating rink;
