Magnificent 35-square-meter apartment in Chamonix.
Welcome to my 35-square-meter apartment in Le Lavancher, a small traditional village above Chamonix. Just a 10-minute drive from the town center, you'll find many typical restaurants and shops in the resort, as well as several nearby ski areas. The apartment is west-facing and therefore very sunny, and features a terrace opening onto a shared garden with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.

Accommodation
The bright apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a bathroom and a lovely living area with a 2-seater sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area. The property has a terrace and garden with 2 deckchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs, which will be much appreciated in summer and winter alike.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and crockery. There's a washing machine in the residence's laundry room, shared with the other apartments.
There's a wood-burning stove in the living room. If required, a cot is available in the bedroom.
A covered parking space is available, as well as one outside.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
You can go snowshoeing in winter and hiking in summer from the residence.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
For reservations validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at extra cost. For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.

Chamonix is a famous ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.

Transport
Thanks to "Cartes d'Hôtes" which will be given to you in your accommodation, you will have free transport in the valley (train and bus from Servoz to Vallorcine) as well as preferential prices on certain infrastructures and cultural sites.
