Magnificent 17 square meter studio located in Chamonix.
Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 17 square meter studio in Chamonix, on the second floor WITH elevator. It's just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the pedestrian street, where you'll find many restaurants and shops. It's also just 2 steps from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and a 15-minute walk from the Brévent gondola to the slopes. The studio has been refurbished and has a BALCONY overlooking the square in Chamonix Sud. Enjoy your stay :)
Accommodation
The studio comprises a living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen area.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: Underfloor heating, Italian shower, Fully equipped kitchenette, New crockery, Kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator.
Underground parking available.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! A free bus service will take you to the foot of the slopes; the bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the residence.
For bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at extra cost. For reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic, lively town center and a host of activities on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
