Magnificent 39 square meter apartment in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
Welcome to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains!
The apartment is ideally located, 50 m from the Saint Gervais / Bettex gondola and close to shops. It's located in a residence with a swimming pool (open in summer), and you can enjoy the terrace on sunny days. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Accommodation
The apartment is warm and welcoming. It is fully equipped and is perfect for a tourist stay. It has an elevator, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge and TV.
The accommodation has 5 beds of the following type: 4 single beds (two of which can be made into a double bed: 160x200cm) and a sofa bed (140*190).
The terrace, with table and chairs, will be much appreciated in summer, allowing you to eat and relax outside. It faces south, with views of the Dômes de Miage and Mont Joly.
The apartment has a ski locker.
The swimming pool is open from July 1 to September 6, from 9am to 7:30pm.
There's also a large public parking lot around the residence, where you'll always find plenty of space.
The town center can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, and the thermal baths are 1.5 km away, served by the shuttle bus near the residence.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival. Bed linen and towels can be provided at extra cost.
Location
The neighborhood is very pleasant. You'll be close to shops, ski stores, the city center and the ice rink.

Chamonix Mont-Blanc train station is 30 minutes away by car.
Le Fayet train station: 15 minutes by car
