Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac 14 minutes walk from the Croisette beach, it has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 2 people.

You'll be in the perfect place for a great vacation. You'll be close to shops (supermarkets, post office, tobacconist...) and public transport. Everything is within walking distance, so you can get around easily without a car.
The house is an 8-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and a 14-minute walk from the Croisette beach. You can also stroll along the Old Port, a 9-minute walk away.
There's plenty to do in the area: take a boat out to Ile Sainte Marguerite and stroll through its nature park, go scuba diving or stroll along the coastline.
