I welcome you to my charming 70-square-meter apartment with BALCONY located 15 minutes by car from the PORT. It has 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a beautiful living area and can accommodate up to 4 people. It's ideally located near Azur Park (20 min by car) and Grimaud Karting Loisir (11 min by car).

Location
Cogolin is a French commune located in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, between Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. The town lies at the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and is home to the headquarters of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez community of municipalities.
