Welcome to Saint-Raphaël!
I would like to welcome you to my charming 46 square-meter apartment with BALCONY, located 12 minutes' walk from the BEACH. The apartment has a large living room and bathroom and can accommodate up to 2 people. It's ideally located near the Saint-Raphaël Archaeological Museum (6 min walk) and an Intermarché (5 min walk) for easy shopping.

Our fully-equipped accommodation is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa and TV, a modern, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room.
It has: Parking, Filter coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Kettle.
The three balconies will be much appreciated in summer, when you can eat outside while enjoying the fresh air and the view over the town of Saint-Raphaël.
The apartment is ideally located close to the Musée archéologique de Saint-Raphaël (6 min walk), the Cinéma Le Lido (10 min walk), the Casino Barrière (12 min walk) and the Plage du Veillat (15 min walk).
For boat rentals, Take My Boat is an 11-minute walk away.
The Vieux Port is a 12-minute walk away, and for sailing fans, Le Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is a 9-minute drive away.
The neighborhood is quiet, and you'll find plenty of shops nearby, including an Intermarché EXPRESS 5 min walk away and a Casino Supermarket 3 min away by car.

Location
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Victoire and the Bonaparte garden.
