Charming 28-square-meter apartment in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Welcome to my home! I'd like to welcome you to my charming, warmly decorated and recently renovated 28-square-meter apartment, located at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont-Blanc cable cars.
My apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, and is ideally located close to numerous shops and restaurants. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities: skiing, hiking, sledging, kayaking, accrobranche ... you'll be spoilt for choice.
Accommodation
My 28m2 apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living area with a pull-out bed opening onto a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, a very nice shower with WC and lots of storage space.
The apartment is fully equipped and ideal for a stay in any season!
It also has a small BALCONY with a lovely view of Mont-Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the Brévent.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Parking / Garage, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Hairdryer, Washing machine, TV
It's conveniently located 2 minutes' walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, 10 minutes' walk from the Brevent gondola and 2 minutes' walk from the bus station serving all the ski areas.
In summer, you'll love discovering the surrounding area and enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, trekking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting and canyoning! You can also visit the Gorges de la Diosaz, the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve and the Col des Montets chalet.
Cafés, bars, shops and restaurants are all nearby. The SPAR supermarket is 5 m away, the "CHAM'SPORT" ski rental service is 70 m away and the "Skiset Aiguille du Midi" store is 160 m from the accommodation.
For bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at extra cost.
For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley is made up of 10 ski areas, and offers a wide range of activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by cable car, and the Montenvers railway leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. There's plenty to discover all year round.
