Beautiful 49 square meters apartment located in Antibes.
Welcome to ANTIBES. I would like to welcome you to my magnificent 49-square-meter apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator, in a new luxury residence.
The apartment is fully equipped and is perfect for a tourist stay with family or friends.
It is 250 m from the Juan-Les-Pins beach and 150 m from the Pauline garden. You'll be able to discover Antibes and all the must-see places.

Accommodation
The accommodation is cosy, charming and attractively decorated, and comprises a 12 m² bedroom with TV and double bed, a beautiful 23 m² living area with TV opening onto a dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a lovely bathroom with separate toilet, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
For families with babies, a cot is available for your stay.
The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and also has an east-southwest-facing BALCONY that will be much appreciated in summer.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Private parking, Tassimo and filter coffee machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, WiFi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot.
During your stay, discover Antibes by visiting the old town of Antibes, the Vauban port, the Fort Carré, the Notre-Dame-de-la-Platéa d'Antibes cathedral, the Picasso museum, the Saint-Bernardin chapel, the Marineland d'Antibes and Aquasplash. You can also enjoy a stroll along the promenade de l'amiral de Grasse, the Provencal market, to do your shopping.
