I welcome you to my charming 42-square-meter duplex apartment with balcony, located 15 minutes' walk from the sea. The apartment has one bedroom, a beautiful living room and an Italian-style shower room, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located near the Port of Santa-Lucia (15 min walk) and the Sentier du Littoral (15 min walk) for hiking.

The apartment is ideally located close to the Port de Santa-Lucia (15 min walk), the Sentier de l'Estérel and the Sentier du Littora (15 min walk), the Plage (galets) du Fournas (10 min walk) and the Plage (sable) de la Péguière (15 min walk). The most beautiful beaches, such as Plage du Veillat, are in the center of Saint-Raphaël (5 min. drive) and towards Saint-Aygulf (approx. 20-25 min. drive) via Fréjus.
Nautique Concept is a 15-minute walk away.
The Vieux Port and Casino Barrière are a 10-minute drive away, and for sailing fans, the Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is a 5-minute drive away.
The area is quiet, and you'll find plenty of shops in town, such as MONOPRIX, 5 min away by car, and Marche République, 10 min away by car.

Location
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural city as well as a popular seaside resort. The town offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities, divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city stretches along 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the edge of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water sports such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water's edge, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural sites such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Victoire and the Bonaparte garden.
