Magnificent 300 square meter home located in Fréjus.
Welcome to my home. I welcome you to my magnificent 300-square-meter villa with trees, located in a beautiful spot overlooking the sea.
The accommodation is fully equipped and is ideal for families or groups of up to 15 people.
It's 300 m from the port of Saint-Aygul and 450 m from La Galiote beach. You'll also be able to discover Fréjus and all its must-see places.

Welcome to our website!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my cosy family home for your next vacation! Built at the beginning of the 20th century and renovated over the years, you're sure to love your stay!
Equipped and comfortable, it has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are on the outside of the house, offering the following sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds and 9 single beds (all bedrooms are for two people except one, which is for 3), a spacious living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped and functional kitchen, and two bathrooms (which remain as they were). Don't be surprised if the taps are a bit old-fashioned), an outdoor shower with hot water, and a superb terrace with a magnificent view! With its 300 square meters, even with 15 people, you can all have your own corner of tranquility!
You'll have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one: Dolce gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, washing machine.
The property also boasts a very LARGE GARDEN, which will be much appreciated in summer when you're enjoying a meal together.
During your stay, take the opportunity to discover the surrounding area and its must-see sites such as the Roman amphitheater, the Roman aqueduct, the Roman theater, the Notre Dame de Jérusalem chapel or Chapelle Cocteau, the Malpasset dam, the archaeological museum, the "Vikings Casinos Fréjus", Aqualand and Luna Park.
Fans of the sea can enjoy a wide range of water sports, including diving, canoeing and sailing.
Walking enthusiasts will have the chance to enjoy some lovely walks in the Estérel massif.
The house will be much appreciated for its proximity to local favorites.
Bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby. A VIVAL is just 600 m from the property.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

The fabulous town of Saint-Aygulf is located in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur region. It's one of the most pleasant places in the world in which to spend a Mediterranean vacation, and is an exciting palace of fun.
