Magnificent apartment of 117 square meters located in Porto Vecchio.
Welcome to Porto-Vecchio.
I welcome you to my magnificent 117 square meter apartment, located on the 3rd floor with LIFT, in a RESIDENCE with SWIMMING POOL and BALCONY overlooking the PORT.
The apartment is fully equipped and is ideal for a 6-person stay.
It is 450 m from the marina and 550 m from the Citadel of Porto-Vecchio. You'll be able to discover the wonders of Corsica.

Accommodation
The accommodation is bright, elegant and cosy, with a master suite and two further bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a beautiful living area, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
You'll have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one: Elevator, Garage, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Television, Iron, Washing machine.
You can enjoy an aperitif and dinner outside on the terrace, which boasts an incredible view of the sea. The residence also boasts a communal swimming pool, where you can relax in the sun.
Discover Corsica and its must-see places, such as the historic centers of famous towns like Bonifacio, Calvi, Bastia or Ajaccio, or take a boat trip and discover the Agriates desert, the Lavezzi islands, the Scandola reserve and the Pianala creeks. And don't forget to explore the Ospedale forest and lake to the north, as well as the Citadelle, home to Corsica's regional anthropology museum. In Porto-Vecchio, you'll find beaches with white sand and translucent water, including Rondinara, Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Tamaricciu and Pinarelllu.
Bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby. You'll find a "CASA NOSTRA" delicatessen 600 m away and a Casino supermarket 500 m from the property.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!

Location
The Porto Vecchio citadel was built in 1539, at the instigation of the Senators of Genoa. At the time, the region was known as a pirate haven. Between 1540 and 1589, the citadel was destroyed and rebuilt three times. The Republic of Genoa eventually ceded the island to France in 1768.
The marina and commercial port below the ramparts is particularly popular in high season. Here you'll find bars, ice-cream parlors and restaurants, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant stroll.
